I have been scrapbooking about 10 years now, but my love affair with paper and such started way back in grade school with an addiction to school supplies. The start of school was my favorite time of year - new papers, pencils, notebooks! As I got older I moved onto office supplies to supply my addiction. When we took a family vacation to Disney World I decided to do ONE little scrapbook about our trip. I was hooked. Now I have a custom built studio and every Prima flower known to man. I am so happy here in my creative space.
I have been married to a wonderful man who indulges my addiction without too much fuss for 23 years now. We have two beautiful daughters who are usually the subjects of my pages and albums. I have a masters degree in Aeronautical Engineering, but I have been a SAHM for most of my adult life.
I love The Crafty Scrapper and I drive there every chance I get. I am so excited to be joining such a wonderful team of artists on the Design Team. Happy Scrapping!!

I started keeping a daily journal in second grade, and along the way I added scraps from my adventures. 20 years later, when I was pregnant with my daughter, I decided I needed an uber-girly album for my journaling and scraps. That's when I discovered all of the products available to scrappers. I was hooked after my first pack of patterned paper! Memory keeping is a way of life for me, and I love showing other people how they can capture the essence of their memories with photos and paper. |

I've been a crafter most of my life. However, it wasn't until the late 1980s that I delved into paper arts. I started as a stamper, collecting as many stamps as I could get my hands on, covering topics that I really enjoyed. I took a brief break when I moved to California for a couple of years. After that, I moved to Oregon, and that's where it all changed. One day, I went to a stamp convention in Portland. It was there that I was introduced to scrapbooking. This would be in 1999. However, at that time, I was a stamper, and just didn't see myself as a scrapper.
Well, I ended up moving back to Texas, through a series of unplanned events, and that's where I stopped all my crafting. I had to settle down and get it together before I could start my crafting again. Well, in 2003, I finally took the plunge. Yes, I actually scrapped a page. I wasn't happy with it, so I decided that I needed to attend crops, classes, and read up on the hobby.
Before I knew it, I was putting out pages that I was pleased with. As life always does, it took some twists and turns, and before I knew it, I was asked to teach my first class. It wasn't lont after, that I was asked to continue teaching. I was excited, because as most people know, I really enjoy teaching. To date, I've taught classes in many paper arts, and I hope to continue to do so for many years to come.
If you see me out and about, please feel free to stop me and chat. I really enjoy meeting new people, and fellow crafters are the best. |

I have been scrapping for the last 13 years... starting with a small card table in my living room to now a room over flowing with supplies and projects waiting to be done. My favorite thing to do is 12x12 layouts... I like simple and can't seem to complete a layout without inking something on the page. I LOVE sketches and keep them all in a beautiful pink binder that is close by when I am scrapping... it will usually provide any inspiration that may be lacking.
I have been married to my best friend, Kris, for 14 years. We have 4 children ages 24, 20, 18 and 13. Kris also has an older son who is married and they have 3 children. I am never at a loss for something to scrap! I had been a stay at home mom since my youngest was born but started working at The Crafty Scrapper in August of 2010. I LOVE it! I also enjoying making domino and bottle cap jewelry.
I look forward to creating and sharing with you! |

I live in Arlington and I drive to The Crafty Scrapper every chance I get. I have been an avid scrapbooker for 8 years. I studied art for over 10 years, and I have found that scrapbooking is such wonderful medium to work with. I have been married for almost 41 years and have 4 grown children. I have 3 grandchildren, and the 4th one due in late May 2011. They are my greatest source of inspiration. I love the cute little photos and bring them to life on my layout pages. My mother (79) and grandmother (98) are still alive, and doing very well. They give me the encouragement to do heritage layouts. My grandmother has known 8 generations and she is my greatest source of information. I find that my pages, techniques, and style comes from all the inspiration that I receive at The Crafty Scrapper. I am so thrilled and delighted to be a member of The Crafty Scrapper Design Team. |

I have been an avid scrapbooker for over 10 years. I loved it so much that when given an opportunity to start a retail business in something I enjoyed, I chose Scrapbooking. I ran a very successful scrapbook business for over three years. My style of scrapbooking is one of clean lines. My favorite scrapbooking subject is my granddaughter Natalie. Natalie is very well known in this area since my layouts of her have been on display in my store and now here at the Crafty Scrapper. |

When I am not scrapbooking ,I work full time for Chase Bank. I have been married to my wonderful husband for three years and we have two kids ages 15 and 4. (Yes, that’s 11 yrs apart) I started scrapbooking in 2003 right after I bought my 1st house. My mom
decided I needed a hobby and she took me to the scrapbook store and from then it has become an addiction. I scrap mostly 12X12, but I love home decor as well. I am so thrilled to be a member of the design team at The Crafty Scrapper (my favorite store)!

I am a die-hard stamper/card maker and started out like most…a stamping party! I was introduced to the craft about 7 years ago when a good friend of mine invited me to a “stamp party.” A stamp party…hmm…I wasn’t sure if I wanted to go. The whole time, I literally thought I was going to a party about postage stamps! Well, it turned out to NOT be about anything postage related and it was a pure hit with me! I’m an engineer by trade so you could probably call me anti-artistic but I loved every single second of what I created! My style has definitely evolved over the past few years and I’d say that I’m DEFINITELY into the vintage/shabby looks right now. Give me vintage trim, twills and ribbon, flowers, bling, and creamy colors and I’m just in heaven!
When I’m not “making magic” in the wee hours of the morning, I tend to my adorable, yet rambunctious 3 and 7 year olds. After a very full day of that, I’m ready to wind down and give myself some well-needed crafting therapy. |

Hi! My name is Patty Rogers and I am a big fan of The Crafty Scrapper. I never mind driving here from Arlington because it is the best scrapbook store in all of Texas! Believe me; I’ve been to many of them. What a joy it is to see the latest supplies here and think of ways to use them.
My wonderful husband supports and encourages my scrappy "addiction", and so do our two grown children, Lee and Elizabeth. My family is the joy of my life and the subject of much of my scrapbooking. When I’m not working on layouts of my immediate family, I enjoy going through my mother’s pictures of our ancestors. The stories and pictures that she has shared with me make our family tree come alive.
Officially, I’ve been scrapbooking for about twenty years, but my scrapbooking began while in grade school, and I still have the first album that I made then! New techniques and products are of great interest to me and I consider myself lucky to live during a time when resources for scrapbookers are plentiful and ever-changing. The giant steps that have been made in the last few years in the scrapbooking industry amaze me. I rely heavily on the training I received at Texas Christian University, where I majored in education and minored in art. The challenge of creating scrapbook art that hopefully will be cherished by generations to come drives me to tell the stories of my family and friends in an interesting and creative way.

My family was recently relocated to the giant state of Texas! I have been married to my wonderful hubby for 20 years.
I am blessed to be a SAHM to five beautiful children ages 19 down to 5! (Oh yeah- one in college and one in kindergarden! Lots to scrap about!) Before I had children I painted life size murals for a living. I have always loved doing anything artsy or crafty so scrapbooking was a natural progression! Most of my pages revolve around the kids but you never know what I might come up with! Living in an area without a local scrapbook store was hard for me so the first thing I did when we moved was scope out "The Crafty Scrapper" ! Eeeek!! What an amazing place, a scrapbooker's heaven! |

I live in Mansfield, Texas, just a short drive away from The Crafty Scrapper in Waxahachie. I love it there, and am very excited to have the opportunity to teach some upcoming classes.
I began scrapbooking around four years ago, and since then I have been thoroughly enjoying the hobby. I love spending time with my family, and then scrapping our photos. I scrap vacations, birthdays, sports, and practically everything else I can get my hands on. I like to try new techniques and use the newest stuff! I like making gifts for my family and friends.
I have been married to my wonderful husband, John for 10 years, and we have two children together. Our son, Evan is 9. He loves to play sports, and I love photographing him and scrapping those photos in mini albums. Our daughter Macy is 6. She also likes to play sports, and she loves to scrapbook--go figure! I also have a 20 year-old son named Blake, and of course, he has been the subject of many of my projects, as well.
Professionally, I teach Statistics full-time at UTA, and have been there for 13 years.
Overall, I enjoy people, I am crazy about my family and friends, I love to scrapbook, and I am super excited to meet you at The Crafty Scrapper, hopefully in one of my classes! |

I have lived in North Texas for seven years, and now call the North Dallas Design District home alongside my husband, Jeremy, our yellow Labrador, Sadie, and Stohli, a Russian Blue cat with plenty of attitude. I have been creating art for approximately five years. I started out as a stamper and admit that my love of stamps has never wavered. I have a vast amount of both acrylic and wood mounted stamps in my collection. These days I focus most of my art on canvas and other forms of altered art. I am an expressive artist and think that the best art is the one that you can pour your feeling into…no matter the emotion. I am thrilled to be a part of the Crafty Scrapper Design Team and can’t wait to share my work with all of you!
