We are committed to providing excellent classes and fun crops for our customers. We try to keep this EVENTS page up to date and accurate. There are occasions where we make a mistake or a class has to be canceled. We will do our best to notify you of any changes in the class scheduling.
To assist in this, please be sure we have accurate contact information for you when you sign up for a class at the store. Also, feel free to contact the store to verify any dates or times of classes. Thank you.

This class is designed to help you get full use of the Cricut. It is the basic class which uses the accessories cartridge that comes with the cricut. You will be using the Plantin Schoolbook and the Accent Essential cartridges. Bring those if you have them. If your cricut did not come with these, you can share with the instructor.
Bring the cricut to class as well as a cricut mat. Paper and other items will be supplied in the class. This class has been a very popular class. Sign up to learn more about that wonderful machine you have invested in. Also, keep an eye out for cartridge classes.
Join this class to learn all the things you can do with the Graphically Speaking cartridge. This is a great cartridge and has been a popular one to many of the crafters we meet. We can order this cartridge if you need it- just let us know. Bring your Cricut with mat and this cartridge to class. Be inspired!

Another VERY popular class back for an encore!
Recycle, ReUse, Repurpose. You will be doing all of this and more in this class. You will take an old LP (long play) Record and Album Jacket (cover) and turning it into a Fabulous Book. To complete the look, the class will do several other techiniques on this book including using the bind-it-all, heat embossing with UTEE, perfect pearls, chalk inks and others.
An album will be provided for the class, but if you have a particular one you want to use, you can bring your own. Other supplies needed: craft mat, pencil, exacto type knife, scissors and adhesive.
The pictures are albums done in previous classes!

We have asked Tina Wright to visit our shop and hold this class for our group. Tina has been making art for as long as she can remember. Starting with crayons and paper, and going up from there, Tina is a faux finisher, muralist, and fine artist working in oils and acrylics. She has been working in mixed media/Altered art for over 5 years now. Working with ephemera, altered photos, discarded items and other things that challenge, she creates pieces that delight the eyes and heart. Her work has been published in Somerset, Somerset Memories, Somerset Gallery and Altered Arts Magazines over the last several years. Always learning and willing to help others is a goal in her art life. Creating is a part of what makes her life full.
In this class you will make 3- 1 inch by 3 inch charms. You will learn how to prep for soldering, solder, attach jump rings and pick up tips on what to look for in supplies & tools.
If you have your own soldering iron, you may use it. We also have them at the store. Please let us know if you will want to buy one from the store so that we have enough for everyone.

For this class, experience is necessary. Once you have taken the soldering 101 and an intermediate class--you are ready for this class. Make a fabulous bracelet out of charms you solder in class!

Using glassware we will create a one of kind Captured Fairy. For this class, all glassware, foil tape, wire, glitter and bits and bobs will be supplied to add to your fairy's abode.
